I have typed in all information correctly over and over again and it still says error
Cannot log in with correct username and password

I got a new phone and can no longer log into Hawaiian Airlines app with the correct username and password. Just get a “Sign In Error” message with no other details. I can log into web based portal but not the app with the same credentials. Not sure what the issue is. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same issue.

Latest update account login feature is broken again! Website login works, but app login is no good. Two updates in a row, broken. Time to get a new developer!
Very difficult to navigate!

Hawaiian Air needs to join the 21st century! Website and App are both extremely hard to use. Tried to register a checked bag and kept getting “Sorry, Something went wrong” and I had to start over!

If it’s working an “OK” app. Too many “oops something went wrong” messages. Also randomly will not allow log in, when the exact same credentials work via the website. Stability issues about 1/3 of the time.

Attempts to edit passenger does not work. Long waits to get in contact with customer service. Lost confidence in haeaiian. Even while writing review the screen is blank

Every time I go into the app I have to log in. Isn’t storing my trip. Have to add it each time. I hope they are scrambling for a fix
