Wouldn’t let me check in last night, this morning won’t let me stick in the known traveler number – Hawaiian Airlines Review

Tried to check in about eight times last night. Kept saying there was a problem. This morning I tried without the Known Traveler Number and it went forward so I tried to go back to stick in the Known Traveler Number and it wouldn’t let me. I’ve paid for that and want to use it so I can quickly go through the airport TSA. Can you stick it in for me before I get to the airport?
