In Vietnam, it’s impossible to add Visa credit card from Bank of America. It says 3D security needed, but the bank says it is enabled. So the problem is on Grab side

We ordered on the app and it says ‘ready for pickup’; however when we came to the shop they told us that we will just start cooking and will available in an hour. If we had known we shouldn’t have used the app and order in person on other stores instead. When we sent a message to customer service, no one is responding. I need a refund for my orders. This is a stupid app. Should have use other apps.

Easy to use and employ in all situations from food to transport to sending things to friends and coworkers, and even to pay bills. It’s been very helpful to have this app these last few years.
Still lacking option to change credit card used based on profile

Starting with some credit, the app has improved quite a bit - particularly given that it has added a wide variety of features. But let’s not forget that booking a ride is what some of us use Grab almost exclusively for. I appreciate the option of having grab personal and business profiles - especially when the latter integrates with my company’s expense management system. What I don’t understand is why is it STILL not possible to link a credit card with the business profile and have it always be used for those transactions (and a different credit card linked for personal trips and have it always be used in those cases). This shouldn’t be that hard to implement, Grab. It’s something Uber had when you were still learning how to code. Please help out.

Used Grab ride for the first time. Seamless operation. Drivers kept us well informed of their status and were good drivers. No concerns whatsoever.
