Great ride and great advice on local Singapore!

Cant add any credit card to this app because it says that it requires me to call my bank my bank and change my settings so that it requests a one time password (OTP). I tried 4 credit cards and it didn’t work. Finally got a family member to lend me one, and in the end it still didn’t work. Terrible App for USA users..

Same service problems as the rest

Fine, the app is nice, but the service and tech behind the app is awful. I waited an hour for food that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes only to be notified that my order was cancelled. Zero customer support. Update: nothing has changed. Sometimes I’ll wait half an hour for a ride on a a small island. Food delivery availability changes by the minute with zero logic. It’s more frustrating than helpful, but when it’s the only game in town, what choice do we have…

Grab food delivery has become unreliable to the point at which it’s not worth using. That the company has now added a surcharge to ensure your order actually gets fulfilled is laughably poor. Why use them when there are companies and restaurants that can actually deliver?

Recent Updates Has Major Bugs

Many of the restaurants that I normally order food from are marked “outside of delivery area”. This means the Grab cannot deliver food to my home. I have called and spoken with some of the restaurant owners who have mentioned that this has caused a problem on their end. Please fix this. It is difficult enough to order food during a pandemic without these extra issues, thank you.

This is awesome ! My first time using this service since we arrived in Philippines. And I’m happy to say we loved it . All the drivers we’ve encountered are all wonderful friendly and punctual . I’ll give 10 stars to all the drivers the Grab ! Keep Up the good work guys ?

Not for foreigners

It seems like a great platform, and the two times I was able to use it, I was impressed…. BUT, it’s nearly impossible for foreigners (USA) to add funds. I’ve spent HOURS trying to get my payments loaded on grab, even when my credit card company confirms that they are approving the charges, but the app continues to deny the payments.
