The user interface is easy to use. The reward program is a big pro. Grab food should include a wider range of restaurants. What I dislike Grab is that Grab increases rates of GrabCar by several times during specific hours, which damages its company image greatly.
Charged without ride showing up.

I booked a ride and the app charged me immediately and indicated my ride was completed. What? Didn't even have chance to go to pick up point. I hope it's not a scam. I'll check with my credit card and dispute if necessary.

GRAB is awesome and user friendly, I have big family and GRAB help me find taxi for family of 5. I didn’t have to wait long. Drivers are great. I compare these GRAB drivers to UBER on ??. I would put 10 ⭐️ if I could .

Mình ăn quen 1 quán. Quán này ăn ở ngoài thì rất nhiều thịt trong cơm. Lên grab food đặt thì họ giao cho suất sơm toàn dưa. Cần review lại đạo đức nghề nghiệp của quán ăn.

Grab is great, I didn’t give it 5 stars because often I cannot read the language despite setting a default in my native language. Otherwise, very good with great options.
