Different Pickup Time on Actual – Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery Review

We ordered on the app and it says ‘ready for pickup’; however when we came to the shop they told us that we will just start cooking and will available in an hour. If we had known we shouldn’t have used the app and order in person on other stores instead. When we sent a message to customer service, no one is responding. I need a refund for my orders. This is a stupid app. Should have use other apps.
