Cannot add US credit cards

The app doesn’t allow to add any US credit card because it’s asking for 3D or One Time Password. I tried 8 credit cards all failed. None of banks in US do this. I called three of my banks and they had no idea what’s OTP for transactions. Therefore we cannot add them at all. This is frustrating. Why can’t we just add cards without OTP? No one ever does shopping in US with OTP because this feature doesn’t exist :(
It would be better to be able to rate the driver

I like grab and using that for most of the time . The only thing that can be improved is that when I get my food I want to give 5 star to the driver but if I do not rate in that time I can not do that any more it would be better that when there is a food feedback before that check the driver is rated or not . Maybe user forgot to rate the driver . I know its not a bug deal but I want to make the drivers happy with my giving starts but most of the time when I got the food if I don't rate in that time I can not be able to rate them anymore
Where are the cars?

I have been a big user of grab four years now. But over the last two weeks I have started thinking about finding a different way to get around KL. Why? Because it has suddenly become almost impossible to get a car, especially in the morning. Where are the cars?

Beware that if you order food for delivery you can’t cancel the order even if the restaurant keeps delaying the order. We placed an order with Bon Chon at terminal 21. When we placed the order, the app said we would get our food in 25 minutes. There was delay after delay. An hour and a half later we still have not received our food and there is no way of cancelling the order. The call center is absolutely useless.

Like the app and been using it for many years and at Platinum level. 2 issues that lately don't like it so much: - Direct link between Google Maps and Grab App is missing - so it always sends you to the App Store - perhaps cause you changed the app name to "superapp"? - Many names in the Thai app are in thai - should be an option for those of us not reading thaiz Thanks
