Great Ride and fast

I only used it once while waiting for a taxi more than minutes. Once I book the ride, the car wad there in less than 5 minutes. From now on, no more taxi waiting. The apps was very accurate.
Most drivers have little knowledge of directions

Most of the time I have to direct the drivers and that really bothers me, please teach your drivers how to use GPS or memorize how to get around the neighborhood.

At first I was apprehensive about using Grab because so many of the taxi drivers here in Manila are very dishonest and always take advantage of foreigners. I'm pleasantly surprised and I use Grab many times per day. we had one driver that kept falling asleep while the traffic was heavy but we felt pity for him because he was working long hours to put food on the plate for his family. I am now much more at ease with this application and think it is a brilliant resource for travelers. Thank you for making my life easier in such a crowded city. The person who came up with this product is a genius!
Slow map refresh rate.

App is easy to use but I would have like a quicker refresh rate of the map to better track the location of the driver.

I like this app easy to use good drivers they arrive quickly they call me when i order to confirm that they are coming and tell me where i wait them also the app show the picture of the driver and the car number all the Drivers are polite and clean and safety no one charged me more than the app expected worth the five star with big love
