Decent service, terrible app experience

Good service, terrible app. Filled with tons of bloated ads that pop up and annoy at every angle. I’ve never seen a service that advertises to this extent within an app. It’s outrageous for a paid service.
improvement over in-app chat feature

I’m traveling in BKK and this app has made it so simple to order food and cabs, however my credit card randomly stopped being accepted on it and now I can’t re-add it or any other card. I am from the US.
Reminder to Grab:

User interface is poorly designed with tiny buttons and not nearly enough space to enter data with thumbs. It’s like Grab doesn’t realize it’s a phone app. The map feature fails to show full addresses so when there are similar addresses, you can’t select the proper address. Becomes guess work. The GPS consistently places me 100s if meters away. I really hoped Grab would improve after the hook up with Uber. Not the case. I use the alternative services whenever possible.

The app has a tendency to delete credit cards or randomly choose cash payment. Navigation increasingly confusing as more features are added

I can’t even sign up to use this thing. Not off to a great start. Please get it together so users don’t have to go through the stress of finding a ride in a foreign country.
