I was told this app was the "Uber" for the area. Nothing like the great app experiences from Uber. Save yourself time and phone calls to your bank and just use a local taxi in the airport. It does not work well with American Express (or most foreign credit cards).

The app is cluttered with ads and promotions and news that you can’t disable. The service itself isn’t bad, but ffs, you make your money off of ride-sharing, no need to shove advertisements down your customers throats. Uber doesn’t. Lyft doesn’t. None of the other major players would risk customer experience for this...

I'm using iPhone 6s on the latest version of the grab app, every time i ordered food and my order has been received by the driver, the app started to lag on doing anything, like typing messages, accessing others features, etc like laggy on every thing, after finishing the order, the app works normally. Please fix

The app failed to send a verification code to my new phone number even after several tries, so technically it is not usable.

After food is ordered or car is booked, the app suddenly becomes super laggy on my iphone xr. And on my wife’s iphone 8plus it freezes all the time doing that. Almost unusable. It’s been like that for months. Please remove all the unnecessary features, it just makes this app more horrible. Both of us are platinum but now we need to use other services for that.

The latest update is much much slower particularly with Grab Food where it almost hangs.

1. Chat are often not delivered to driver (single check mark) which caused us some trouble over bookings 2. For Indonesia, options to tip driver and top up OVO balance should be available when using GrabFood service
