Zero star. When ordering food, If there is a driver it will charge you 25% of the food price. Greedy app. When grab assign multiple order to a driver, it should be allow by user or offer a delivery discount. We don’t want to pay full amount of delivery charge for other user’s order.

In both Thailand and Vietnam drivers have stolen money from me by showing parking receipts for the previous day or refusing to give change and in all cases withheld my luggage until I paid or left my change Contacting English speaking support is a JOKE—they don’t respond, there’s no tracking, and you don’t receive reimbursement for what their employees steal—you’re better off negotiating a taxi or tuktuk—Grab cheats foreigners. They also do a wise job than Uber in terms of estimating pick up times—am about to miss a flight because my driver took 25 minutes to arrive on an 8 minute estimate

Binawasan ng grab yung balance habang nagbobook ako kasi walang nagaaccept ng booking

Very disappointing that Grab doesn’t take into account traffic and road closure when calculating ETAs, ending up in completely wrong expectations. Passengers intending to cancel are Threatened to be assigned drivers even further next time around. Essentially forcing passengers to wait on and on and on and on.

Good so far, the only thing I don’t like is when you can’t cancel your order and have a “BACK” button to go back.

There was a time when grab prices used to be so great. But I get it, during Covid things can become a bit more pricey. I can forgive slowly increasing prices to the point where taxi is consistently cheaper but what is unacceptable is giving me 50% off grab rides but capping it at 5$?! Might as well just say 99.9% off and cap that at 5$ too. Just straight up click bait.
