Great app but lack of cancellation buttons

It’s a great app but when ordering food, if the restaurant is not picking up the order, there is no cancellation button to cancel the order, I had to wait for like almost 10 minutes just to finally be able to order from other restaurant
Just does the job, until something goes wrong

It works ok, but if you have any issues, they will never be resolved. Basically the app works because it has the least crappy customer service out of all other options. Oh sorry, did I say customer service. My bad, they don’t have customer service. Lol

I’ve finally deleted this dumbest app/company. 8/10 driver can’t find me even I have input the address where to pick me up. Here is the catch 22,Now the app block me for 22 hour because I cancel too many time due to driver can’t find me. Uber sold the right to the company to Grab:Grab company are so incompetent,they won’t survive long. Uber must be thinking,”why don’t we just sell this to the dumbest,stupidest idiot company on the planet(Grab).I am just going be using just Pass App all the time from now. . I will recommenced all my friend in San Francisco to never use Grab.

As a big Uber and Lyft user. I've found grab better primarily because of the points program and how good the algorithm is at deciding exactly where you are. Even down to the floor you're on or the side of the building.

Used to enjoy my Visa being accepted for charges, now I must always have cash! I do not like MOCA’s limitations
App is getting slow and bloated by all of their ad on services. Pricing is monopolistic now.

They have added a bunch of pop ups, food and other rubbish that gets in the way before you can even book a car now. Very frustrating when in a hurry to book a car to get to a meeting or traveling overseas with data roaming. They should stick to doing one thing right and allow us to opt out of all the bloatware cr@p Used to be a streamlined service but now I usually drive.

I love the grab app! It allows me to get to my destination safely and offers information on my driver. Every ride I’ve been in has been awesome! The drivers have all been nice! You can also have food delivered to you. So many options for one app, it’s amazing! Highly recommend!
