Passengers get punished for Grab’s or Driver’s Fault – Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery Review

Very disappointing that Grab doesn’t take into account traffic and road closure when calculating ETAs, ending up in completely wrong expectations. Passengers intending to cancel are Threatened to be assigned drivers even further next time around. Essentially forcing passengers to wait on and on and on and on.
