This application is not user friendly, has issues with setting up accounts, resetting passwords, and getting/transferring tickets. It caused us to be late and piss part of the Kobe B ceremony!!! Just send regular tickets you KOOKS! I wish there was a 0 star option.

This app is awful. It doesn’t work at all, it’s dismally outdated, and customer service is not helpful. I almost missed my concert. This app should be taken down from the App Store. No professional venue, artist, or customer should ever use this ticketing app.

AXS is an absolute scam of a business in the first place, but this app makes it abundantly clear that they aren’t even trying to hide it. Despite the fact that the app won’t let you make an account, the thing looks like it was designed by some high schoolers in 2001 who couldn’t be bothered to finish their ap compsci homework without being blazed out of their minds. If there was ever a class action law suit over a user experience it would be because of flash seats. Everyone at AXS and all those on the dev team for this app should be physically forced to eat a cactus.
