This app needs so much work! The UX is so clunky and basic, I can’t believe businesses utilize it for events. The automated emails have very little useful information and the app is terrible.
Stressful but not ALWAYS a scam. Don’t panic?

I’ll preface this with the fact that I did get into my show with no problems on the day of. So, at the end of the day, the ticket was legit. Thank god. That said, the stress of the app looking sketchy as hell and all these reviews from folks who have had trouble with scammers/customer service/etc makes for a less-than-ideal experience anyway. Getting everything set up was tricky and fiddly, mostly because I think I had to set up a login twice? And you can’t do it from the app so I had to go through the site, which also fails to inspire much confidence. Idk I bought a month ago so I don’t recall the exact issue. Spend about 24 hours not sure if the app was even working, not fun. If you’re combing through reviews trying to figure out if you just got scammed (because I was THERE a couple weeks ago), my advice is this: read through any emails carefully, have both the app and the website in front of you, and just give it some time to be slow. Once the Mobile ID part of the site has a QR code AND the lil info on your ticket above it, it should be good. I won’t be using this again if I can help it, mostly because I feel like I dodged a bullet not to have been completely screwed over like a bunch of the other reviewers. And the super-positive ones throw me off. Like, who used this service and wasn’t able to see where all those one-star reviewers were coming from?? A bit suspicious. Also, seemed easy to mess up while getting ticket into account, and the markup was HIGH. AND, worryingly, it seemed to charge me an hour or so before the app had processed/displayed my ticket despite what the emails said, can’t really confirm but didn’t feel great about that. I dunno it’s not great but worth going through it to see king princess lol

We purchased Cavs tickets from SeatGeek and then had to use Flashseats. We are currently sitting at the game and had zero issues. We also did the same with our parking, no issues there either.
Garbage. Limited flexibility

Cannot print paper tickets. Transferring tix requires recipient to us this app. Horrible for gifting tickets or selling on another platform. I am so not happy that the U of Utah is forcing this on us.

The UX is terrible. Their website is borderline unusable. I don’t why this service needs to be inserted between me and the box office. Utter trash.
Cannot Login to Site or App

Since setting up my account, I’ve been unable to login. I use a password manager, so I know that my password is correct because I generated it and saved it automatically. I opened a ticket 4 days ago but haven’t heard from a human yet. I’ll update my rating if they can resolve my account issues by my concert date. Hate needing to download an app to get a ticket.
