This app looks like a 8 year old designed it. The Apple App Store should have some minimum requirements.

Can’t transfer tickets

Wahoowee

This is such a useless app. Especially if you want to transfer a ticket. Permanent “pending” status. Look elsewhere for your tickets.

What Trash

Glad one of the most famous venues (red rocks) is utilizing this app, I’m glad to pay an extra $7.50 for the honor of using this app from 2008. End sarcasm. Haven’t even used this yet, but sure it will be a nightmare given the reviews. Just creating the account was an archaic experience. My biggest gripe though is what does this solve? Were emailed or iPhone wallet tickets not sufficient??? Even airlines have figured this out. Airlines!!! I hope the investors and creators of this lose their shirts when this goes under.

Looks like garbage... but

I have to start off by saying good lord does this app look like garbage. I have never been more sure I bought fake tickets than when I opened this app for the first time. That said, after buying the tickets, I tried to login to the app, and my login info was stated as incorrect. A simple password reset and I had no more issues (aside from the god awful visuals). It got me into my venue on game day so for this reason it gets 3 stars. It does work, just make sure you don’t try and login the day of your event and never test the waters before. At that point you asked for technical issues by not being careful.

Total racket! Avoid at all costs!

I purchased tickets for a concert months ago, and the only way to do an e-ticket was by using Flash Seats. Since I help care for my aging parents, there is always a chance I have to change plans. Flash Seats made it sound like it would be easy to re-sell my tickets if I couldn’t make it, so I decided to try it. Well, I did have to sell my tickets, and Flash Seats made a small fortune off of it. I paid fees to originally get my tickets through FS, then I paid more fees and taxes to sell them, and the new buyer paid fees and taxes to purchase my tickets. Plus, there was no way to sell my parking voucher with the tickets. Then, there are zero instructions on how to get your money back and it took two weeks and multiple attempts to contact customer “service” before someone responded that you have to request your money via the desktop website, not the app. This is the 21st century, correct? When it is all said and done, I still lost over half of what I originally paid on my tickets to their “fees,” and I’m still waiting for the money I should be getting back. Save yourself the trouble, and opt for mailed tickets or Will Call! I will never choose Flash Seats as a delivery option for event tickets again.

Hard to use

Gogolf18

This app is difficult to use and the fees are way too high. Won’t ever buy tickets through them again.

Seems like a scam

I only downloaded this app because I had to in order to receive resale tickets for an event (purchased through an entirely separate vendor). The amount of personal info they required for me to set up an account to get the tickets was egregious: birthdate, address, credit card info (why??), security questions and more. I don’t trust them to keep any of that safe and don’t understand why they insist on getting such information.

OUTDATED APP

I think Flash Seats needs to update their app. It’s literally been the same app for years now. It’s so old that the display only fits a portion of my iPhone 10 screen. With the amount of money AXS and Flash Seats makes, it would be nice to see a better user interface. Thank you!

Sketchy App (0/5 Stars)

tunadeluna

This app claimed that I have an account already with them though I’ve never used this app in my life. Just bought a ticket from StubHub that said I needed to download this (trash) app to receive my ticket. Downloaded it & when I tried creating an account, I was presented with an error code. Refreshed the app & when I tried making an account with the same credentials, it said my email was already in use. I reset my password & was finally able to log into my account. Wondering if it simultaneously changed my StubHub password in doing so (never have I been forced by StubHub to download & use this garbage app). Anyway, that being said, please do not be fooled by my generosity; I’d give Flash Seats ZERO out of five stars if I could. I’ll wait until the day my ticket comes (one day before the event) but even if it does work out, I am never using this poor excuse of an app ever again (pure filth; wouldn’t even wish my mortal enemies to subject themselves to use these apps.

Do they ever update this app?
