I was worried this wouldn’t work after seeing such bad reviews. The app is a little outdated but it did exactly what it was suppose to do! Make sure to register online too just in case it doesn’t work. Thanks flash seats!

No problems
Heart breaker for LIFE
Didn’t have any problems with this app. Follow the instructions, show up at the gate with the QR code and you should be good. Even without reception, they scanned it and printed all six of my tickets at the gate. I called customer service before as the reviews made me nervous and was only on hold for 10 minutes before they confirmed everything. This was really seamless and easy!

Called and had some questions re tickets and the young woman just hung up on me -- I was telling her that my seats that I'm supposed to have were not showing in the flash seat app. She kept talking over me. Get some customer service training!
Worst ticket experience

This app has been the worst ticket buying experience I’ve ever had. It has been such a pain to transfer Stubhub tickets to my account. The app hasn’t been updated and is not very user friendly at all as a result. I wish Smithtix would just email the tickets to us instead of making us use this frustrating, out of date app.

By far the most out of date app or website ever. Bought tickets via VividSeats only to have to deal with this ticket service. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

This app needs a new clean update! Also a different way of accessing your tickets because it’s so inconvenient to log in the way we do. I hope the creators get it together. This app is super annoying. Why can’t the tickets be accessible on Ticketmaster or AXS instead of this extra clutter? I’ve used it once for Lady Gaga and got in okay but the venue seemed to have a hard time scanning and getting everything together.

I have 3 transferable tickets and when I fill out the information to transfer it and try to click the preview transfer button it won’t let me click it it’s not grayed out like I can’t click the button it’s that the app isn’t recognizing that I’m clicking the button. So I tried to transfer it threw contacts and as soon as I click on the persons contact the app immediately crashes every time. I’ve tried everything including restarting my phone and nothing works. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!! People including myself spend ALOT of money on tickets and rely on flashseats to get them into shows… I’ve lost $480 because of this glitch in not allowing me to transfer tickets
