This App shouldn’t be legal

OneofManyUnhappyCustomers

Cleary underdeveloped app that forces you to download it to retrieve tickets. Impossible to download pdf versions of the ticket so you don’t have to use it. Avoid this garbage at all costs.

The opposite of in a Flash

Killed a show for me. Ordered tickets on stubhub on the day of a show and didn’t get an email or anything from Flash. They have no phone number. Had to go through stubhub to cancel the order. So frustrating

NEVER AGAIN FLASH SEATS

Tdhhgy

Do not rely on them for day-of tickets!!!! I tried to purchase tickets through the app AND the website. For some reason it wouldn’t go through. I tried two different cards, both of which I’m 100% positive had money on them!!!! I had literally JUST used one of them for parking. Kept getting error message from flash seats. So, I called. First person said she couldn’t do anything to help me. Transferred me to someone else. Waited for 45mins to connect, with no answer. Concert had already started so I gave up. If I knew this would happen, I would’ve purchased tickets elsewhere. Missed out on an amazing concert. In the future I will count on original seller. NEVER FLASH SEATS.

Worst app

Terrible App

This company is bad bad and more BAD! Don’t use this company if you want things to go smoothly. They have no customer service either when something goes wrong. Lost $500 in tickets with no explanation or refund!

App is terrible and looks sketchy

First of all, this app looks like it was created in 2001 before iOS existed. It’s really pretty terrible. The whole process is really annoying. I bought tickets on stubhub and didn’t even realize I had to get this third party app called Flash Seats. I never heard of it but I’ve bought through StubHub many times before. I still don’t understand why Flash Seats is involved in the process. Why is a ticket reseller like StubHub outsourcing to another ticket reseller no one has heard of? I expected my tickets to show up in StubHub after I bought but there’s this ridiculous process you have to go through with downloading the Flash Seats app. There’s some type of QR code that appears as if it serves as the tickets? I’m really not even sure. I’m fully expecting not to be able to get into the venue tomorrow. There’s also some little blurb in their app about going to their website and making sure you register additional IDs, credit cards or alternate drivers license. What in the world? Tickets have unique barcodes. Why they donor just produce a mobile ticket with a barcode is beyond me. I’ll never go through this process again. Stay away from Flash Seats. The other reviews are spot on. I’ve been using iPhones and iOS since the first iPhone was released. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on an app.

Garbage app and a terrible company

TheOneCalledChris

The app is a steaming pile of garbage that barely works. After being charged ridiculous “convenience” fees you would think they could provide a better app that has been updated in the past few years. Once they get your money they do not care if you can actually get in to see the event or not. No offline or wallet support is the nail in the coffin for this app as hundreds of others are trying to get in the doors at the same time cross your fingers that you will be able to access your tickets.

Trash. Straight trash.

So in order to go watch the Vegas Golden Knights, you HAVE to buy them through flash. This app is straight garbage. The list of available tickets is dark as hell and you can barley make out what it says. And when trying to buy i keep getting errors about the transaction failing. Tried 3 different cards and still wont work. For an app that charges $20+ per ticket as a “fee”. It looks like a teenagers highschool project
