can’t even create an account
im very mad rn?
not even 2 minutes loading into the app i go enter my email and it says “there is an account using this email.” i have never once used this app quality app quality.
Least user-friendly app I’ve ever downloaded

Flash Seats is a free app that my local sports arena sells their tickets through. You can avoid a $6/ticket service fee by sending tickets to your Flash Seats app rather than printing. I will gladly pay the extra $24 (family of 4) to print paper tickets, each game, for the rest of my life than use this app.

This app is terrible. Nothing works correctly. Loads incredibly slow. I do not like that I am forced to use this for events.

They allow Stub Hub to sell their tickets but disavow knowledge of the sale occurring. They want you to stop using StubHub. Evil company.

Bought tickets at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse box office and the tickets never showed up on my app. The woman working there tried to get them to come through for about half an hour before finally giving up and just printing the tickets for me. There were two other people purchasing tickets when I was and they both had issues with the app as well. Absolutely ridiculous that some venues are using flash seats as the only option to buy tickets. I’ll never buy tickets through flash seats again.
App failed leaving hundreds out of an NBA game

I tried to buy LA Clippers tickets last night shortly before the game began through StuHub. Done this many times before without issue. This time, after the completion of the over $500 transaction my confirmation email from StubHub tells me the tickets won’t be released because the original vendor, FlashSeats requires that I download their app, set up a separate account with them and use it to download the tickets. Fine, I download the app then try to set up the account and the app freezes. Try to refresh the app multiple times and it either gives an error message or gets stuck buffering and times out. Game time getting closer, I try to look for customer service and there is “Chat with us” option that states they are closed currently (it’s 6:30 pm PST). Called StubHub and was able to talk to a live person who tried to help but said the FlashSeats service was in control of the tickets and their app was down. Went to Staples Center and found a line of several hundred people at WillCall all with exact same problem. If you can avoid using this app you should.

Please do not use this ticket sales system. They are scammers. Got in a verbal argument on the phone after 5 phone calls. Some customer service reps were fantastic but management was very unsupportive. I purchased tickets and received and error message that it didn’t go through. I went back and purchased them again and received a confirmation email right away. Next day had two charges. It happens, just needed to make a phone call to get it corrected right? Oh my goodness I have never experienced a business model like this. The management yelled at me! They finally sent me resolution documentation that I had to sign, have yet to get a refund.
