Totally USELESS. Not sure why Vegas Golden Knights Hockey decided to use this app for tickets but it’s terrible. Also, have to try to resell with the only site that it is compatible with, which is StubHub, another completely overpriced useless POS app. Anyway, the app is essentially useless in iPhone as if I want to do a private sell or simply send tickets electronically, I have to do it through my “contacts” in my phone. EVERY time I click on contacts, the app crashes. EVERY time. I’ve reset the phone, deleted, re-downloaded and it DOES NOT WORK. Even worse, one game I was trying to sell tickets on Stubhub but was able to make the game, so I cancelled the sale on stubhub. I get to the Arena, and the system says the tickets have already been used. I missed the first 20 minutes of the game as I was sent back and forth from the ticket taker back to box office, back to ticket taker, back to box office whereupon they had to get my credit card I paid the entire season ticket package with and make some calls taking another 10 minutes (what if I didn’t have my credit card?). Anyway, finally given my tickets and was told “sorry, this is happening all the time!” WTHHHH!!!??? The only way to actually send tickets electronically for me is to use my iPad which, ironically, is listed as not supported by Flash Seats!!! Seriously, I’m guessing this may be the cheapest electronic ticket app out there, how in the world they get to represent professional sports teams is BEYOND COMPREHENSION.

I am never using this app for tickets again. I can't even talk to a real person. I've called twice now and each time waited at least 40 minutes.
