Worst ever

I wish you could give a company zero stars, or even negative stars because I would do that within seconds of downloading this application. This is the stupidest, least efficient, and shittiest application that has ever been created to manage tickets. The instructions they give you to use it, if you even want to call them that, are useless. The app has yet to work correctly and constantly kicks me out. This app actually removed value from the process. It is literally the least officiant way to do this that has ever been created.

It's not even updated for iOS 7 or iPhone 6+, let alone iPhone X. This is what apps are like when you don't care about users because people have no choice on using the app. If I could someone avoid this terrible app, I would. But I have no choice. So I'm stuck with this user-hostile monstrosity.

Feels like the app was developed for iOS 2 and then never changed. Functionality is horrible.

When I bought our tickets for the Detroit Lions game a few months ago for today I did not realize until after I purchased the tickets it was through Flashseats and that it was app based. I was super nervous a week ago when I read the reviews for this app. I was so afraid we would get to the game and the app would not work and we would be screwed. That did not happen! This app is really convenient in many ways. I was able to send two tickets to my brothers account so they could go earlier and we didn't have to worry about making sure we grabbed the tickets. In the end it was definitely worth it. And the tickets seemed to be cheaper than places like Ticket Master.

Stole money from me. I got charged tickets. Filled dispute with them weeks before event. Was charged afterwards. Again! I never received any tickets or refund.

This is the ugliest app on my mobile. It’s slow and does not allow you to store tickets in Apple Wallet. I’m switching back to paper tickets next season.

App usually works for tickets but it’s so outdated. Hasn’t been updated for the last 4 generations of iPhone. “Future or ticketing” could not be more incorrect.
Can’t log in app

I can log in via Safari and desktop PC. But the app claims I’m logged in another device and prohibits me signing up on my iPhone 6. Even when I’m not logged in elsewhere. I have tickets for Thursday that I don’t know how to use! Why did ESPN align with these incompetents.

Have never written a review before, but Flash Seats is the absolute worst. You would think you are accessing the nuclear codes with how many hoops you have to jump through to access tickets you’ve already paid for. Every other ticketing app is much easier. This actually discourages me from attending future events because it’s such a hassle.
