An absolute joke

When you buy tickets make sure you are absolutely sure that they are not associated with flash seats whatsoever. The WORST way to get tickets. Basically lost $120 on my tickets because I can’t access them. Tried contacting them but no response. Be warned.
No tickets and no help

My game is 4 days away. No tickets and they claim it’s not their fault and Ticketmaster’s problem. I can clearly see why they have such horrible ratings. Ridiculous. If I don’t get my tickets not only will I be challenging on my credit card but I’ll be calling an attorney as well.

Pure garbage. Design from 2010 and even slower at doing anything. Signs you up randomly and gives random error messages that explain anything.
Horrible app for tickets

I wish I could give this app 0 stars, because it is not even worth one. First of all, for some odd reason, it does not let me use the app unless I am on WiFi. My significant other and I have the exact same provider, yet he can use it on regular LTE and I can’t. It’s extremely frustrating; I even tried deleting the app and downloading again, but that did not help. Second, we tried to purchase tickets multiple times through the app for an event, I’d say at least 10 times, and it kept saying it could not process our transaction because of an issue with our credit card... WE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT CARDS FROM 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE! Not just on the app, but also on the web browser. It was incredibly frustrating. We tried for over an hour and had zero luck. The only reason I even use this app is because some venues only allow flash seats to get in. If it weren’t for that, I would never use it again. They really need to make it more user friendly. It’s completely basic and frustrating to use.
