I purchased tickets via VividSeats and got stuck having to use this app since they were “Flash Seats”. If you see that in the description of your seats then don’t buy them. The interface, app, and corresponding customer service are terrible.

The worst service ever. Should have used stub hub. Had no idea I was buying tickets from a third party that Ticketmaster had zero service level agreement to help customers. No tickets on day of event, can’t call anyone. No customer service. I paid service fees for zero service. Avoid like the plague. Their website looks like my little brother made it in the 90s

Bought tickets off of stubhub and got an email saying that I would need to download this app in order to access the tickets. However, when the tickets were actually transferred I got a follow up email saying they would be available through AXS. Seems like this app is only necessary if the tickets were originally posted for sale on this app? I did download this app and my tickets were available, although I couldn’t find a way to see the tickets and there were only options to “transfer” and “sell”. Either way I’m glad I didn’t have to actually deal with this sketchy outdated app!

What a scam! The jerks who run this app bought up all the tickets to the event to resell, and then force you to download their horrible app get your tickets.

this is very much an application/website made from the early 2000s, it’s clunky and old and honestly shouldn’t be running. i’m currently stressing over this app the day before the concert since i thought everything would be alright but the disgusting ui will be the death of me and it’s currently looking like i’m going to have to buy a whole new pair of tickets. please just buy your tickets somewhere else and if it says that you will receive your tickets on flashseats for your sanity look somewhere else.

after downloading the app and seeing how bad the design was (for iPhone 4) and reading all the bad reviews I expected for things to fail I was so sad that even though I’d bought through Ticketmaster it was so suspicious but I ended up getting into my event perfectly fine, lots to improve on but it’s barely functioning, didn’t really care to write a review I’m just writing it for the other skeptics who are prob as scared I was ok yeah that’s all!

OMG! I love the iPhone 4 Theme on this app, easy to use and super secure! The barcode refreshes every 60 some seconds so it makes screen shot sharing impossible, so if you have mutile tickets and need to distribute them among your friends you must transfer them from the app and your friends need a flash seat account and app.
