Bought some tickets to go see Post Malone one SeatGeek and was told to download this app and make a account to access them. Immediately you can tell this app is garbage. The interface looks like it was made back in the 90s and wouldn’t even let me create a account. Luckily I figured out that I can access my tickets through AXS which I guess is just another middle man in dealing with these awful third party ticket people. Now I still get to see my boy Posty. Screw this app for real though

God awful user interface and website

AXS, you “power flash seats” according to their web site. Why on earth is this service so bad compared to everything else you do? The forget about using the app in dark mode if you want to read text. They forgot to inverse the color, so it’s black on black. There are many features not available in the app, and the website, is hardly laptop friendly... using it on a phone or tablet is almost impossible. Just visit their site and you’ll see, they put zero effort into the user interface, yet charge fees up near AXS and Ticketmaster levels. If your arena uses this service, god help you. They really need to go out of business and just have AXS and their app do everything.

I bought a ticket from them through stub hub and didn't receive their confirmation for the ticket or any kind of ticket at all. I called stub hub and they reached out to these guys only to find out that they sold me a ticket they didn't have... Don't buy anything from this company it's complete trash. Hopefully I actually get my refund and hopefully stub hub red flags this Company.

Pretty much like everyone else says. The app is filled with glitches, very choppy in interface, terrible search options and the list goes on. Folks, let’s bury this app and give them no support. Let them burn and go out of business.
Need to fix for dark mode on iPhone

App is not readable on iPhone dark mode. Can’t see dates, prices, anything. Needs to be fixed STAT

this app is actually the worst app to buy a ticket through, i do not recommend. when you create an account it doesn’t let you log in and claims that your password is wrong. then you have to reset the password over and over even if it’s the same password every time. If you finally can log in, there is no way to transfer the ticket even though the customer service for this app claims there is. they said that someone else should be able to log in on a different phone with the same email and password. however when they try to it says the password is wrong and logs out both people from the account. then when you try to log back in it says your account is disabled. so then when you try to recreate your account it won’t let you because it says there is already an account with your email even though it said it was disabled. then you log back in and it won’t let you so you have to reset your password because it says it’s wrong even though it isn’t, and you reset it to the same thing and then it works but still doesn’t allow you to transfer the ticket to anyone else even though customer service likes to say that you can. literally the worst app ever to buy tickets from i hope none of you have to have this experience.
