I absolutely LoVe My Wax Specialist! She is amazing and does great work! These past three months the App has not worked properly for me and the level of customer service has severely diminished. I have multiple attempts to get it fixed all of which have been unsuccessful for 3 months. They keep telling it is fixed and clearly is it not as it does not work me. I am a tech savvy person. It has been very frustrating. I have been treated with rudeness and condescending attitude. I have been a customer for 10 years. If it was not for the amazing wax specialists, I would leave.

I had always done a Brazilian wax myself but wanted to try going to a professional this time since the wax I used to use isn’t sold any longer. Jackie at Alamo ranch did my wax and she was very professional and answered all my questions. She always made sure I was doing ok and I felt very safe with her and her knowledge in her job. I would definitely recommend her! - Denise

This app has always had issues functioning. Just wondering why I don’t have access to reschedule my appointments within the app anymore ? Please do an app update asap ... wax passes are way too expensive for this app to work like this

This app has been fine but recently there is no option to change my reservation on my app. I have to call every time I need to make a reservation adjustment.

disclaimer: EWC's are great and I haven't had any issues with any waxers or staff! my problem is with the app itself and have tried multiple times to sign up for an account and have received an error each time. i have tried different emails and have attempted on multiple days at different times to no avail.

In case anyone was wondering - this is a third party app. Keep an eye on your wax passes or pre paid passes in case you don’t. Someone in a different state used my information and my passed. I called EWC & the store said it’s a 3rd party app and they have no control over the app. You only get 25 points to book on this app and 100 if you book in store.

The app needs an update. Everytime I go to make an appointment on it the app forwards me to the actual desktop version which opens up in a separate window. The app doesn’t keep my services up to date either. I have to call or wait till I go into the store to know how many services I have left.

It was so easy for me to schedule an appointment and I’ve been a customer and had this app since 2017!!! I’m a Happy Client and the place is so clean, the workers are just so professional and my waxer is super awesome makes me feel so comfortable and I always leave satisfied never had no issues with my Brazil wax ???????? I’m still a client
