Caitlin at Vernon Hills is great - not sure how she is able to make a painful process PAIN FREE! But she does! The hard wax makes such a difference as well.

The constant wonder of why do you mess with when it was something that was already working and convenient for your customers and now nobody is responding to everybody complaining about it being non-functional. Take this thing off auto pilot and listen to your customers! Fix it. Or delete it....some customers will leave

The app has not been able to make or cancel reservations for my center in more than a year. I mentioned this to reception and the center is aware. But no one is making an effort to fix it.

Good for making reservations, but unable to see previous appointments. Feels a bit clunky moving through the screens. UI/UX could be improved.

I usually don’t have too many issues with this app but since the end of 2019 and now recently, it has been a nightmare. The app doesn’t load properly and it continues to give error messages. How are we supposed to schedule or edit appointments if the app continues to malfunction? It continues to mess up Even with the new updates I did the latest update and now it won’t allow me change my appointment of schedule a new one. Why does it have to be so complicated?

Ugh, I loved this app and all of sudden it just stopped working. My wax appts aren’t showing up, and I can’t easily change it, which was the real reason I got this app in the first place. Please fix! ??

My experience EWC in Tyler was pleasant & comfortable. Miranda is professional & is great at making you very relaxed.

I never leave App reviews, but I had to let you all know this app needs an update. If I’m trying to make an appointment there should be no reason that I’m redirected to the internet & keep getting a screen to change my password. Where is the convenience in using the app? Get it together. ZERO stars. 0 would recommend!
Useless if you can’t modify appointments

The only reason I downloaded the app was so I could manage my appointments virtually without having to pick up the phone. Unfortunately the app (or at least my location) won’t allow rescheduling without calling the store.
