App has been down for weeks unable to book appointments or check account. Very sad considering my main reason for choosing this wax service was the ease of booking through the app

Could have some enhancements with scheduling, wax pass, purchases and account history. Very standard

My first experience I was nervous but Sophia was very great with me and honest and caring I loved I will be back . I recommend to go to them the front desk was amazing they explained to me the memberships and everything

I love the app easy to use and good if u want to change reservations . The Woodhaven location is amazing maddie at the front desk grate customer service ?? would most definitely go back, I recommend Taylor she is very nice and makes it very comfortable for first timers. The exfoliating wash ? is amazing rips dead skin off immediately I have only been using ingrown hair treatment for a 3 days now but it has skin feeling very soft????

FINALLY I feel like I found the PERFECT person for my waxing needs. Mary took her time to explain her technique, she asked about any preferences and any bad prior experiences I may have had with waxing. She worked systematically and let me know why she uses this technique. When she waxed my nostrils she was soo quick that it was near painless! I feel that I was truly blessed to have been placed with Mary especially with no appointment and being a walk in! She even told me to try and wait the same amount of time before I came back because I waited around 13 weeks but the results r better the longer u wait between visits, when I tipped her, Mary was soo humble!! Thanks Mary for the best waxing experience EVER!!!?
