For over a month I haven’t been able to book on app

Come on! Fix your app!! It’s been over a month and I haven’t been able to edit my appointments. I have to keep calling in and every time I ask them they say servers are down... maybe in 2020 they can get a better IT department?

This is a review of the app not EWC. The app is unreliable and half the time let’s you make appointments and sometimes doesn’t. The whole point of the app is to make appointments so it’s wholly frustrating but it’s necessary to keep track of things.

Nothing Works

This app used to work beautifully. All of a sudden, nothing works. I can’t see my reservations, update/make new reservations nor see my packages left. What happened??

Can’t change or cancel reservations on-line and no one answers phone when you call.

I’ve been using this app since it was made available & has worked great. It hasn’t been working for about 2 months and it’s very frustrating. I’ve deleted, loaded, deleted, etc. help?!?!

Completely stopped working

This app used to be great - a huge time saver to make and change appointments without having to call on the phone, and an easy way to check upcoming appointments. Now it’s been totally down for weeks and won’t show my reservations or allow me to make new ones. Please, please fix this app!!!

Fix this. It always says my center isn’t available (99th Columbus) and it doesn’t show me my upcoming appointments!!!

**Updated Review** App was functional as of about 2 minutes ago 01/04/2020. Thank you for fixing it! Works beautifully and incredibly more convenient than calling store to change appointments! *Previous 1 Star*This app was great, up until about 4 weeks ago when it stopped working. Apparently nobody cares because when I showed up at an appt I thought I made, I was met with “yeah, the app hasn’t been working all day.” Good thing I just renewed my wax pass....get it together EWC.

I love the service quality I receive at EWC however the app could better. I will have difficulty trying to just make a reservation at certain locations and it makes it so annoying. When I can actually make the appt, that process is super easy and the same for when I need to reschedule.
