Raven is a jewel. She’s young and very professional. She made me feel at easy even though it hurt like h***! She kept me engaged in conversation to keep my mind off of what she was doing. Superb attitude!!!! Just an all around very professional young lady. I will only be using Raven as my waxer from here on out.

I can’t say enough nice things about EWC and my local salon. The front staff is always friendly and helpful in product information. The salon is immaculate. My wax specialist Amanda is a dream. We talk, laugh and really connected from day one. And she’s very knowledgeable in what products work best for my skin and issues. Which brings me to EWC products: absolutely love them. Having sensitive skin I find using products for even sensitive skin can cause issues. Not one time did I experience that with EWC products. And the products actually deliver with their claims. My only regret??? Not having taken the plunge sooner.

The lady was very nice and kept talking to distract from the pain. What I did not like was the wax was extremely hot. So hot that I found myself shaking from it. I did tell her but all she said was it was normal. Also I noticed a patch of hair that was left when I got home.

Needs imrovment

This app is awful. Whenever I try to schedule an appointment it tells me to check later and that my center is unavailable. First time I tried scheduling an appointment about a month ago it worked to a point where I had to set up an account... didn’t work past that. Looks like a lot of bugs need to be fixed.

I have gone to Bonnie a total of three times now and she is not only professional but extremely thorough and efficient. Though I could easily be her grandmother, I personally feel we had a great connection. Happy Holidays to you Bonnie as well as all of your coworkers.

Broken App

App no longer works. Don’t bother on downloading. It’s just frustrating. Need to call the center instead of using this useless app. Used to be so helpful, but now it no longer can edit my appointment. It just errors out all the time and freezes. It also sometimes shows my appointments and sometimes it disappears. If you like an app that does nothing, this is it! Lol

Does it ever work?

This app is always full of glitches and error codes. In the two years I’ve had the app I’ve literally only been able to schedule an appointment ONCE! And calling a center to be put on hold is equally as annoying. Will there be a solution that makes scheduling an appointment not require 20 minutes or at least 3 attempts?

Can’t seem to book online anymore

I’ve been trying off and on for a week to book online. I get an error every time saying online booking isn’t available and I’ll have to call. For the past three years I’ve been booking online so why is online booking suddenly unavailable?
