Love EWC, app not so much

I can’t make a reservation through the app so then what’s the point in having it?! It says I have to call the center. I wouldn’t have downloaded the app if I wanted to call the center duh! Love the service at EWC though, and it’s hands down the best Brazilian wax experience I’ve EVER had!!!

This app always has an issue! I can never get it to work properly and apparently this is a known issue ... fix this please I pay wayyy too much for the wax passes for this app not to work ...
App no longer works

Been using the app for a year or so, and for the past week you cannot change your reservation or make a new one. It says that it’s currently unavailable (also on the website). This is a total inconvenience because I like specific wax specialists and like to see their availability instead of calling CS. Trash app for now...

The waxing went great, went to pay with gift card...computer was down and she asked for receipt. I showed receipt but still couldn’t take my gift card cause it was purchased at another location. So had to put on credit card. Not happy.
Unable to make reservation

I don’t know what’s happened but I am not able to make any reservations at any locations through the app now... clearly there’s a bug that hasn’t been fixed.
App don’t show appointments

The app is not showing appointments that have been made. Need to fix the app quickly.

I used to love the convenience of the app, but for the past month I cannot book an appointment through it. My appointments don’t show up and I can not adjust or book any. Keeps giving me an error. There is literally no point to the app aside from booking an appointment.... so it’s useless at this point.

I want to workout
I used to be able to schedule my regular appts via the app and for the last several weeks I cannot schedule any appts at any nearby locations. Every time I select the option to make a reservation, I get a pop up window telling me I have to call the location to make any reservations. What happened? I’ll likely be removing this app from my phone, if it’s not fixed soon! At the moment, this app is worthless.
