needs more functions it’s horrible

every time i try to schedule an appointment, about half that time it tells me that location isn’t available at the moment and to call - what’s the point of the app? then if you want to cancel you can’t do it through the app, you can only schedule for another time and/or day. it’s not as functional as it could be and half the time you end up having to calling the place anyway, rendering the app useless.

Every time I use this app it never works . I finally deleted it about 6 months ago because every time I tried to book an appointment it never worked . I decided to give it another try and it said I needed to log in . So I would and they said incorrect password, I had them resend me a password not just once but 4 times and each password they sent me said it was an incorrect password. Even tho they just rest it.

App seems like it never works for me. Right now it’s not showing my reservation and it’s been telling me for weeks that my center is not available and won’t let me change or make a reservation. Other times I’ve changed the reservation through the app and the center never received the update. I wish they would fix all the bugs because it’s so nice to be able to use it when it works.

The servers were down for multiple days and in general their call center takes too long to speak to someone, if at all, so it was extremely inconvenient to book an appointment. EWC needs to improve and prioritize their customer booking experience. The in-salon experience is always exceptional though!

Great when it works

This app is great when it works; however, there are often error messages or it says the wax center is unable to schedule a reservation. I call them and they’re definitely open and making appointments. This happens far too often for my liking.

This used to be really convenient until it stopped working for me about 2 weeks ago. I go to book an appointment and it says the call center doesn’t work to try another one. The whole point of me downloading the app was to not have to call the store. Doesn’t seem like they’re fixing the app. Might as well delete it.

Love EWC, not the app

I love EWC and have been buying an unlimited wax pass for over 5 years now. The service is always great and the waxers are awesome. This app is only good for booking reservations but I can’t get my wax pass to show up. Every time I go in, my EWC has it down that I’m a new customer when I use the app to book. I would really like to be able to keep track of my points and packages with the app. I emailed customer service 2X since there’s no phone number listed and never got a response.

Is anyone going to fix this app? The past two weeks I cannot make or see my reservations! This app is absolutely pointless without being able to do that. Very disappointing because it was so convenient when it actually worked.
