The app is bad as in its not functioning. My daughters and my accounts are crossed and both installs on separate phones under separate usernames and contact info show the same account. So we can’t keep track of appointments or prepaid packages. The all is also poorly designed. Our location however is great.

This has to be the worst app. Not user friendly and it’s a miracle if it even works half the time! If they spent half the time on the app as they do trying to sell you a pass the app would be flawless!!

I go to the EW in Merrick NY and always have had a great experience from greeting me when I arrive to the services that I receive. I would recommend them to anyone needing waxing.

Love love love my girl Christina, she was amazing!!! It was my first time going there and I absolutely love love the service. It was really fast and very professional!!! Definitely going there again!!! :)

I literally think this is the worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t understand how it hasn’t been fixed by now. I can’t login, none of my info is registered, it’s just bad. People are giving reviews on the company not the app.

Once you wax you’ll never go back to shaving . I drive 30 mins to get waxed with Grace and it’s sooo worth it !

Yep is great and I love the store in the service however I wish when I made my appointment at the brick and mortar building it would then show up in the app

I got waxed from Zyn, was my first experience not bad at all. She explained I needed to exfoliate 3 times a week, and make sure to put lotion and light oils on my private and between my crack lol. I got the Brazilian wax. Didn’t hurt much I would say a 4 and maybe because my hair was long and I wasn’t moisturized so other than that probably would’ve hurt at a 2 out of 10, with 10 being the worse, so not too bad. Go for it ! Ask for Zyn, she’s nice, and talked to me the whole time, explaining eveything, and why I should do this and that. Also not judgmental so I recommend her to new comers or anyone whose been going but never got a Brazilian, she’s the one you should request ! Tell her Tiara Ford went you!
