someone who just wants a wax
I wouldn’t refer to the Easton and Hamilton Rd salon. Easton can’t seem to get your appointments correct whether you do it online or call. Hamilton Rd salon your in and out in less then 8 minutes, however, you may come out with the same amount of hair you came in with. It seems that you need to remind the techs over and over to please remove the blonde hair as well has the black hair, however, when getting to the car you still have the hair you had requested to be removed. I purchased a package for eyebrows and lip removal and have requested a refund several times with no response. My next steps is to contact the Better business bureau.

First time in EWC. I went in for a eye brow wax and got Jaime at the queen creek location and she was great! Very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and kept me informed with everything she was doing and all the products she was using. Will be back!

The location was clean and receptionist was very professional. Atmosphere was friendly. My experience was good, my glamour was nice, friendly and informative. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The service was fast. Products were gentle.

As expensive as my Brazilian is, you’d think they’d put more into the app. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great for booking/moving appointments, but that’s about it. I can’t see any of my points history, on the app or website, and I can’t see my referrals at all. It’s very basic as far as a services app/account goes.

Sigh, so this is about my 3rd or 4th time and I tried someone new ( only because my girl left) and it was everything but enjoyable. The girl I tried was rushing saying she just likes to get it done, never asked me was the wax too hot which it was at one point, she was telling me i was being a Baby when the wax landed in an area that just doesn’t need wax .. yikes; she used an extreme amount or cornstarch I we covered in. Like literally on my legs and feet and I went for a Brazilian. The place it’s self is lovely but I won’t be using Erika again. She also made a few comments about my body type. Sigh.

I got a new phone so I had to re-login to all my apps. When I tried signing in to EWC app I used the same username/ password combo I always use and it says it doesn’t recognize my email. So I tried to just register a new account and all of a sudden my email is already associated with an account.... there is no way for me to log in or create a new account because I’m already in their system. Also, if you need to cancel an appointment you must call the location you go to.... well too bad they have an automatic COVID-19 message that tells you to use the app. It’s just a frustrating cycle and now I can’t book an appointment. Also, no pricing listed. Could use major improvements

I downloaded this app after my first visit at EWC for a Brazilian wax. It made booking my follow ups super easy and I love how I can choose who you want to be seen by. My first visit the Brazilian was half off and I also chose to do my underarms. I’ve been back to do my underarms again and I love how it’s been 3 weeks since my Brazilian and I don’t have too much growth. I’m definitely not shaving anymore!

This is the third time I tried to book appt online. Won’t let me pick a time. Annoying and frustrating. Had to wait till morning to call. Wanted it done before I went to sleep. Get it fixed already! Now When trying to send this comment and it insists on me giving a nickname. Tried three different names and it won’t take. Why would I need a nickname?!! Stupid idea. Just let me send the comment!
