Ehh needs a few improvements

Not sure how I feel about this new update.... he has messed up everything, I liked the old one better. It directs me to the internet the old update didn’t this one is such a hassle.
App gives me an error and can’t signed up

This app is not allowing me to sign up. I’ve been trying numerous times and now it gives me an error. I have emailed corporate and no one contacted me.

The past month this App has been useless. Previously you were able to make and change reservation now all you can do is view.

This app used to be seamless. I could reschedule, schedule a new appointment and view my account with no problems. Now, after this most recent update, it just redirects me to the website in a browser - so what’s the point of the app anymore?
First timer for bikini wax

First time getting a bikini wax today. Alyssa was so professional from the beginning as I was a little scared of what to expect. Never made me feel uncomfortable, we laughed and joked the entire time, and she kept asking how I was and coached me through a great breathing technique . Can’t wait for my next visit
Useless!!

Can’t change or make reservations in app anymore. It directs you to their website. Half the time my reservation doesn’t even show up. Such an useless app! ?
Horrible update

I used to love this app. Changing a reservation was as simple as clicking a button. They have now made the app worthless— it links you to safari to update your reservation, it glitches, it asks for a PIN number that they “send to your email”, but you never receive the email— therefore you can’t do anything. All around horrible changes and I hope they revert back to the previous version because it was better by tenfold.

Friday 10/30/2020 12:45 appointment. I couldn’t get in with my usual wax specialist and so I went with Abby. She waxed my underarms and went over the area 3-4 times, that itself is unusual. She didn’t do what my specialist normally does and repeat the various steps. Which was interesting considering my specialist once explained to me that they had to; it is the policy. The same thing with my Brazilian she waxed one particular area 3 or more times. My underarms feel irritated and a bit sticky. I don’t put on any deodorant and go about my evening. The next morning I try to put on deodorant and it burns like hot fire. I look and my underarms are a painful, angry red! I am in disbelief. Waxing has never been a problem and 3 weeks ago I was waxed there an no issues. I phone and spoke to someone at the front desk she fortunately remembered me. I explained the situation, asked her what she suggested since I was in pain, and told her I would be taking photos for documentation. The manager won’t be in until Tuesday.
Change is not always for the better.

The app used to be so useful, but now you can’t do anything in it. Attempt to and you will be redirected to the website, which is not user friendly on a phone. Very disappointing.
