Loving the app for controlling my new bulbs, however a strobe option and the option to put your lights to music or create a light show would make this app superb.

Hello, everyone, this started a few days ago when I bought my first smart light just for testing from sengled, and it worked perfectly with my Alexa, and now when I brought some more lamps, I found out that this was cheaper than the one I bought in the first place. So I bought it, and when I powered it on to set it up in the Alexa app, I found out that you needed to download this app. Then when I created an account, a very weird thing happened, that I have no clue about. I clicked on the create password, and it just automatically just gave me a random letter, and it said “strong password” even though I never even typed anything into my iPad. At the same time, the keyboard disappeared at the bottom, and I literally mean a BLANK KEYBOARD. So I deleted the app and reinstalled this app, and the same issue appeared again. So I tried it again and again and again and again and again and again. Until now my friend tried it and the same issue is still there. So do not use this app if you don’t want to waste $15 at Best Buy Right now I am absolutely raging, and I would right now just stick with sengled.

The app used to work, but as I said it doesn’t anymore! Cannot connect a single bulb using Bluetooth and I’m convinced it’s due to unnecessary updates, thanks GE for selling me $30 bulbs that don’t perform their functions.

Hi so I purchased the direct connect smart lightbulb when I tap direct connect the lightbulb is detected my wifi network comes up I enter my wifi password it tries to connect but I get an unknown error message every time I try setting the bulb up so I’d give the app and product a zero

I like this app a lot. I finally figured out how to make the light change color! But the only reason why I do not like this app is because it takes internet so I can not turn on and off the light in a car.
