The App sometimes takes 2/3 minutes to load, I’m not sure if it’s normal load speed but it can be a bit time consuming. Thanks

Obnoxiously Buggy

If you only knew what I just went through to be able to RE-login to the app ? not exactly sure why I have to do this routinely every 2 weeks. Sometimes have to restart the app to be able to actually control lights. Alexa isn't able to recognize all of my lights, only some. Their all within 30 feet of the router so connection should not be cause of any issues. Gave 3 star (higher than review sounds) because it still manages to function correctly about 60-70% of the time so that shouldn't count for nothing ?

Horrible UI

The UI of this app is aggravating to use, even when it’s working properly. Idk if the connection with the bulbs/devices is just subpar but it was a Herculean task of over 4 frustrating hours trying to get it to connect, update, and customize things; and you’re somehow expected to be “within 40 feet” of all your devices/bulbs. However this app was designed is extremely counter intuitive for a mobile app. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless they have only a few devices in a SMALL apartment; I regret my purchases. This should be able to be accessed from a desktop as a DESKTOP formatted app. I hate having to use this app every time, and most times I have to close the entire app multiple times just for it to connect with devices properly. Cool in theory but not even close to being practical.

Horrible app and horrible product. Have never worked correctly

The app occasionally works

Hello, I would like to know when more support for the C-Reach device will arrive. The app does not allow me to add a new C-Reach to a new home. Other than that, the app is cool when it works. If you leave it open too long while on other apps, then come back to it, it doesn’t find the lights. I have to manually kill the app and reopen for lights to connect to the app again.

Constant Glitching
ATPowers

Over the past week and a half I’ve had to delete then re download no less than 7 times, and on two occasions I’ve been forced to completely start from scratch setting up all 20 individual lights despite having an “account” with this app. At this point im seriously wishing I had invested in the HUE lights.

Awful
Sweaters of Red

Updates that don’t add anything useful and make you re-log into your account..why do you NEED to make any online account to begin with? Buggy. Crashes. And needs to restart often to control lights. So much hassle to turn on my lights.
