Online password reset never works. Always takes 30 minutes on the phone. Otherwise fine.

When I try to add a contact to send money it says you dont have permission to add, edit or delete contact

I go on the app and I can see the dollar balance of the loan that I have for my vehicle, but if I wanna make a payment I can’t do it from this site… Not very user-friendly
TROUBLE DEPOSITING CHECKS

I have to re-take the photos ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME, over and over, in order to deposit! The error I get often is that Citizens thinks I took the photo of the FRONT of the check two times… instead of FRONT and then BACK…. I want to scream at the computer because I didn't do anything wrong! After sometimes 3, 4 tries… it finally works. MASSIVELY FRUSTRATING!!!

This is is user friendly . I accomplish a lot of transactions on app when I can not make it to the bank physically . I love it
