I tried to get a balance it asked me for my account number three times I put it in then it asked me for my Social Security number and I put it in and then it says you’re gonna have to wait for a representative and that’ll be at least 45 minutes and I hung up. Please fix the system I enjoy using it!!

I have tried at least four times to deposit a check and each time I get a message did I have to verify the amount. And at this point I am not sure whether it has been deposited into my money market or not. I’m going to be switching banks of this keeps up

Don’t trust this bank. They don’t honor their offers and customer service don’t care about customer. App doesn’t show all aspects of your transaction - hard to track if you looking at why your deposit didn’t go through.

The widget is gone so I can’t just peek at my balances. The new interface is not it GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE PLEASE OR ILL CHANGE BANKS

Just recently acquired a auto load through Citizens. Downloaded this app in hope that it would be like past auto loan/bank companies where I could make loan payments on the app instead of having to go through safari/internet browser. I can’t schedule payments, make one time payments, or really do anything with my auto loan EXCEPT see that account on the app. Citizens, please update this with more accessible features.
