Love their online banking

I’ve been using citizens online banking since before they were called citizens I believe. It is by far the easiest and best banking app I’ve ever used weather on the phone or online.

Can’t ever get anyone to speak to you in customer service. If you finally get someone to answer it’s offshore. Constant fraud flags for no reason. I’ve never spent so much fix fixing issues. Can’t wait to get away from this bank.

Never thought I’d do banking online. I love being able to pay my bills and see how much money I have in my account. Love the way I am reminded of payments due as well.

Bring back the widget

Getting rid of the widget was the worst thing that happened with this app. Super slow to start and restarts itself like 4 times before I can get in. Honestly considered changing banks because of how much I dislike this app.

Yeah keeps closing out on me when I am trying to balance. You need to extend the time allowed for viewing the rackets.

No more widget, app keeps needing to verify my identity EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in even if I just logged out. It’s all very annoying

overall good, but can be buggy. having the full credit card portal would be nice too, but overall happy with the experience.

Too much personality in new app

I don’t really like the snapshot feature. I would like the app to not say things like “give yourself a hand you spent less this month.” I don’t need this much personality from a banking app.
