Not update yet for the iPhone 10 I was hoping it would login with Apple New Face ID because it did have the Touch ID login options before
No Credit Card Feature?

The app so far has been perfect but recently after receiving my Citizens Bank Credit Card, it doesn’t seem like they have a way for us to see our credit-card balance along with the option to make a payment which is a real bummer. Kind of like an app or section for us to do this. Capital One and other credit card companies however seem to have apps for this purpose and it’s a little unfortunate that Citizens Bank hasn’t caught up to the trend. Hoping that the much needed change happens sooner so I can truly enjoy and monitor my spending on my card.
App doesn’t work

I typed in my info to enroll and I assure you it was all 100% correct and tried 3 times it kept saying my information was wrong. Waste of time don’t download it’s useless
I like the concept.

Half the time the fingerprint sign in never wants to work when you try to sign in. Are use the fingerprint so I don’t have to type my password in but I still end up having to type it in.
