Happy for some improvements over the years, but the app is still a bit fiddly. It’ll log me off in the middle of paying bills, doing other banking and balancing my checkbook. VERY frustrating. Have already had to log back on two or three times.

My Citizens Bank Online banking is now working on Google. This has been a problem for two weeks. It is only with my Citizens Account when I am on my computer. Today I had to use my pad. You Cannot access all the function on the pad. Are we moving back to 2010 or WHAT the *** is going on I am OK with my other banks, do I need to move this account???

The website tends to keep shutting down on me while I am looking through transactions or trying to make a transaction. Very annoying that I have to keep going through the steps to open the website and accounts again. I love the website just wish it would stay open when I’m using it. Any help would be appreciated.
