No outside ATM’a are available. On line is difficult to navigate through or make changes. For some reason, we can not use the Venue to pay anyone I think this is enough reasons to find a new bank

This app doesn’t ”t even work half the time and it kicks me out and when I sign in it kicks you out 2 times almost always

Don't Get with Hulu
Cannot tell if autopay is working. There was supposed to be a draft today. The app doesn’t help with this at all. Spent an hour last week trying to find a payoff quote on here and on a call.

Citizens bank, always have my back. Online service is great, all customer service agents are always very polite, courteous, and helpful!Happy ?
