TROUBLE DEPOSITING CHECKS – Citizens Bank Mobile Banking Review

I have to re-take the photos ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME, over and over, in order to deposit! The error I get often is that Citizens thinks I took the photo of the FRONT of the check two times… instead of FRONT and then BACK…. I want to scream at the computer because I didn't do anything wrong! After sometimes 3, 4 tries… it finally works. MASSIVELY FRUSTRATING!!!
