Have been patiently waiting for over a year through repeated assurances that the app’s inability to view images of cancelled checks was “being fixed.” This is so basic, it’s shocking to me that it hasn’t been addressed. Fail.
Endless loop

Ok we all forget our password to sites. However don’t ever forget yours for this one. You will be in an endless loop of password resets and one time codes then locked out of your account and guess what no one can help you via calling their help line. Most annoying and absolutely the worst banking app I have ever used well forced to use with my Hyundai car loans. Any other user have these issues? Next time I buy a car I am asking who they bank with first if it’s these clowns I am walking out of the dealership.
Software needed to back out erroneous transactions

Great customer service at in-store; wait on phone is too long. When erroneous charge is reversed, any automatic service charges, savings transfers etc. should also be reversed.
Not much works well on my phone.

Can’t transfer funds. Have to use a desktop. Sometimes have trouble with mobile deposits. You guys need a do over. PS I’m computer literate. It’s not user error fyi. Thanks

There are a lot of great things about this app and I use it daily. The ONE downside I have noticed is that if you stop using it for awhile, and you’re logged out, when you try to log back in it takes the user in a small login loop that takes 2-3x before it actually logs you back in. That’s really my only issue with this.

Whenever I spend money and it’s pending, whatever money that I put in like checks it takes out again? It’s frustrating because that’s money I already spent getting taken out
