Worst app and bank
?SLAYING THE CHARTS
This bank is horrible and every process from even transferring money takes so much time. The worst customer service, one time i was on hold for three hours and this is the fourth time i was randomly locked out of my account on the app saying they couldn’t find my user ID even after they get me the reset one.
Worst mobile app in existence

For a larger bank, your mobile app is a joke. Takes three or four, sometimes even five times to login. Randomly resets. Mobile check deposit is only good some of the time. Site is down all the time with no explanation of why.

With the old app I could check my personal account by logging in with facial recognition, then close that and log into my business account just by selecting the different user ID and typing the password. I could still go back to my personal account and use facial ID. Now if I want to check my business account I have to log out of my personal and cancel the facial ID. Fix it so that I can use facial ID with both accounts and just select the user name from a drop down menu.
