Quick Balance gone

Quick balance is gone and saved user ID and passwords have to be reset every time you need to ligin with a different User ID

Whenever I open this app it shows you the last screen you were on and then logs you out. I guess that’s a security feature. But then, when you log in again it immediately sends you to the “see you later” page. It’s been like this for months now, only way to log in is force closing it and reopening. Coming from European banking apps I’m already disappointed with the lack of features but login is something I would expect to work flawlessly… Update several months later: still the same login bug

The original app was really good and easy to navigate however someone made the decision to create a new and better platform which is really bad. Very confusing, doesn’t work half the time.

I cannot view any checks on this app. It’s say it will be fixed soon, but it has been broken for over 1 year

The previous app I used was easy to make payments on, accessible in one easy location, bills could be paid at any time off day, you didn’t have to log in every time/get directed to a different link and have to log in again. This is horrible, not user friendly, and irritates me to no end.
