Unimpressed – Citizens Bank Mobile Banking Review

Just recently acquired a auto load through Citizens. Downloaded this app in hope that it would be like past auto loan/bank companies where I could make loan payments on the app instead of having to go through safari/internet browser. I can’t schedule payments, make one time payments, or really do anything with my auto loan EXCEPT see that account on the app. Citizens, please update this with more accessible features.
