The app does not allow the user to Paste into the password field on login, and deletes partially entered text when switching between apps. Which means I cannot paste from my password manager, nor can I switch back and forth between apps to enter a few characters at a time. This lack of functionality discourages longer, more complex passwords...for an app that connects to your bank? App Store link to the Developers simply points to the co-op website with no info found regarding the app itself. Filled out a general Contact Us form and have not received a response.

I can’t log in to my account half the time(even though I wrote down my log in info so I wouldn’t forget). I click the “forgot password” link and the app notifies me that an email has been sent to me so I can make a new password, but the email never shows up. I tried to follow the “contact us” link on the app, but it looks like you need to be logged in to get help. Feels like running in circles.

This would serve a purpose for me IF I could add cards and accounts associated with my account. Where there should be an ADD CARD option under MANAGE PORTFOLIO, I’ve got nothing. Very frustrating. I won’t be using this app since it I ly partially works.

I love this app and I love that anytime I swipe my card I get an text message about it, but is there a way to correct the time stamp on it. It never has the correct time stamp. Plus I would to be able to change that time stamp from military time. Other than that good app!!!!

As it says above, I love this app. After having my card compromised a few years ago, I began using this app to monitor transactions. It’s worked well with helping me stay on top of any suspicious activity. However, I wish there were more specific ways to limit transactions. I’ve looked at all of the categories, and while there are options, it’s not as specific as I’d like. For instance, I can deny in-store transactions out of my region but not online/mail/phone purchases. That needs to be changed as I recently had 5+ attempted charges that were mail/phone and were international. Unless there’s a way to limit those transactions without stopping them altogether that I’ve just not found. Also, I’d like to be able to approve certain retailers that I frequently use and only allow different stores/purchases on a case by case basis. This may be getting too specific for an app, but it would be helpful.

I was able to transfer funds from my checking to savings, but now I can’t unless I’m looking in the wrong place?
