I have been somewhat pleased with this app. I have had a couple of issues with this ap giving false information and when I contacted the bank they reassured that the information was incorrect. For the most part I haven’t had troubles with this ap. My recent troubles with the ap is that it has been unavailable for the past month or more. I tried to contact the provider but they can’t tell me anything because I’m not the bank. It seems to me this ap would benefit from monthly tech updates.

Some issues

Dultzy

I have 2 different financial institutions that use cardnav but I can only use it with one card (cant have multiple institutions). That is messed up. I would think it would go by the BIN number. Less than happy about this.

Security Flaws

Copishwit

Apart from the clunky and ugly interface noted by other users this app has security and usability flaws. Security minded users use a different password on every site and a password safe to keep track of them all. This app disallows copying and pasting from the password safe into the app. It could be written down but that’s not a great idea for a financial app. The app demands a social security number at set up. Presumably, this is to authenticate that it is either me or one of the guys who stole it from Equifax. Passphrases are disallowed. A maximum of 12 characters is permitted and, of course, it has to contain one lower, one upper, a special, a number, and old Uncle Tom Cobley and all. Technical support is not available from the developers. The app refers users to their local credit union who have do not have the capability to handle bugs or upgrades.

ATMs

Locating an ATM works only occasionally

Terrible setup

Spiritualtoast

As others have said, many issues with trying to keep lengthy passwords, but just trying to get the app to work the first time is like pulling teeth, with no instructions and one address bar I now have to wait half an hour before I can even attempt to setup the app, I don’t think I will be bothering to

Cool App needs an update

No Axe to grind

I love the idea of controlling and receiving alerts for my CU plastic. Although, when I try to select a time zone for the do not disturb feature. The app crashes.

Touch ID Flaky.

BigWLindale

I like the app, but sometimes the Touch ID works and sometimes it goes directly to the manual login screen and I have to type in the password. That’s a deal breaker for me, when I’m in the drive thru at a fast food joint and remember I need to turn on my card. Touch ID needs to work every time. Can’t be typing in a password under the clock (and get it right).

Can’t copy-paste password to log in

NWCTenor

This one feature torpedos this app. It is ridiculous to not allow the password to be pasted into the login screen. I use long, complicated, and unique passwords for every account so it isn’t feasible to memorize the password and enter it all the time. Fix this!

Handy but needs work

I like to be able to look at my accounts and see balances and recent transactions. I also like to be notified of transactions. However, the App needs some work. Sometimes organizations will send a zero balance transaction just to make sure it is a valid account. These are listed as “pending transactions” and then are later replaced with the real transaction. The “pending transaction” list never cleans up and the list can get quite long which you have to page through until you get to the real transactions.

Ok

Just started using, so I haven't been able to use the alert feature yet. Please add the ability to nickname accounts.
