I just downloaded and tried to register- took me 5 times to be able to register because "server cannot be reached"- then I put in my login information and when I try to login it tells me the password is incorrect but unable to reset my password. So I try again and guess what? "Server cannot be reached". Deleting this app and not recommending

Billing Address Field

Just dumb - Billing Address field is a single edit box - no formatting between street address, city, or state - I guess I forgot a comma (,) between city and state and 2 attempts to submit the CORRECT address and get a message saying my registration has been suspended for 30 minutes. I still do not know what the problem is - assume I'll try 2 more times in 30 minutes and get blocked again. I've spent years designing user interfaces and when I see poor quality like this it really makes me think twice about trusting this service with my credit card info; Hopefully they're not using self-signed certificates for the secure comms between their service endpoints.

Stupid Login Setup

So I can set up Touch ID and a PIN but it requires you to use a password (with ridiculously arbitrary special character restrictions and no ability to link with 1Password or anything) to actually log in. If there is a setting to change that I can't find it. Makes it mostly worthless for me as I can't remember the specialized password I had to create just for this....

Lack of paste for password makes this almost unusable

Many people who care about security use password managers to store long/strong passwords, especially for financial apps. This app does not allow you to paste in a password from a password manager, which means the user must choose a short/insecure password (or write down the password to copy into the app). Neither option is workable. When I tried to submit this as an issue to the developers, I was forwarded to my own credit union for support. They were sympathetic, but have no control over the app. This could be a useful app if it allowed for reasonable security, which it currently does not.

I have been willing to put up with the issues mentioned in other reviews (e.g. not being able to paste in passwords, very inconsistent fraud alerts) for the sake of security. Unfortunately the app simply does not work as advertised. Yesterday I had four completely fraudulent foreign transactions post and clear my account even though I had blocked all regions except New York and despite calling the credit union as soon as they appeared in the app as pending. If the app can't prevent this kind of transaction it serves absolutely no purpose - avoid.

good app overall. but there are times when going through the menu, log you out and you have to reset your pin and touch code settings each time. very annoying.

Server unreachable

Upon starting the app, it just says "server unreachable" with a retry button.
